Following a successful first round at the Palace in Turwia, we organised a second sample collection event for the G4PL project. On Saturday 30 May, over 140 people turned up at the headquarters of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IBCH PAS) to take part in the project. As before, the project team from IBCH PAS was present, along with a medical technician from the OPEN Biobank, who collected blood samples. In total, we have already collected over 200 samples in May.
Anyone from Poznań and the surrounding area who was unable to take the opportunity to provide a sample in May may contact the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences to complete the necessary paperwork and be issued with an identification number, and then donate blood at the OPEN Biobank laboratory.
The times at which you can visit the headquarters of the Institute of Bioorganic Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences to sign the documents:
Thursdays: 7.00 am – 9.00 am and 4.00 pm – 6.00 pm – Poznań, 17/19 Wieniawskiego Street
Other working days: 8.30 am – 9.30 am and 3.00 pm – 4.00 pm – Poznań, 21/23 Wieniawskiego Street, entrance K3
